Payment Terms: All fees for services are specified at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed. We accept various payment methods as displayed during checkout.

Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect sessions already purchased. All prices are displayed in the currency specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: Refund policies are detailed in our Return Policy. Generally, refunds may be available for unused sessions if cancellation is requested within the specified timeframe. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.

Non-Transferability: All fees and purchased sessions are non-transferable unless explicitly authorized by us in writing. Sessions cannot be resold or transferred to another user.

Our Content: All content, materials, resources, lesson plans, recordings, and other materials provided through labeldealer.world are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. This includes but is not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, software, and compilations.

Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule lessons up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the session cost.

Instructor Cancellations: If an instructor cancels a session, we will provide a full refund or reschedule the session at no additional cost. We will notify you as soon as possible of any instructor cancellations.

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation, the session will be considered used and no refund will be provided.

Service Availability: We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Labeldealer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of third parties on the Service
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Technical failures or interruptions

Maximum Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds for unused sessions upon termination for violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in California.
