Our services consist of online music tutoring sessions, which are delivered digitally through video conferencing platforms. As these are services rather than physical products, our refund policy is designed to accommodate the unique nature of digital educational services.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a scheduled lesson session up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the session, depending on the circumstances and instructor availability.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available under the following circumstances:

  • Pre-Paid Lesson Packages: If you have purchased a package of lessons and have not yet used any sessions, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Unused Sessions: For pre-paid packages, unused sessions may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation is requested within 30 days of purchase and no sessions have been completed.
  • Service Issues: If we are unable to provide the scheduled service due to technical issues on our end or instructor unavailability, you will receive a full refund or credit for the affected session.
  • Instructor Changes: If your assigned instructor becomes unavailable and we cannot provide a suitable replacement, you may request a refund for unused sessions.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed lesson sessions that have been delivered
  • Digital materials or resources that have been accessed
  • Services cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time without valid reason
  • Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase
  • Services that have been partially used in a package
